Elvira has regulatory and private sector experience in the areas of employment law and immigration law.  Elvira previously investigated Federal and State EEO complaints for the State of Delaware F.B.O the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.   As an Investigator, Elvira addressed complaints filed under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act, and Equal Pay Act.  In the private sector, Elvira has been assisting clients with employment discrimination matters and business immigration issues for over five years.
